Human-Centered Industrial Automation · In development

People were created for more than moving boxes.

TEOVi turns a loaded pallet into a clean, single-file stream of cartons your downstream automation can read: the practical layer between manual labor and full robotics.

Meet TEOVi

A full pallet goes in. Automation-ready flow comes out.

The future will not be built on repetitive human labor. We begin with the pallet; we do not end there. Deploys faster. Integrates simpler. Scales without the overhead. The TEOVi system takes a loaded pallet and delivers a clean, singulated stream of cartons your downstream systems can read, sort, and induct without a second touch, on the power and footprint you already have. What happens inside is ours. What comes out is yours.

Concept rendering · not to scale
Why now

The math doesn't work anymore.

Four forces are colliding at once. Together, they make manual unloading unsustainable, and responsible automation inevitable.

The question is no longer whether facilities automate this work, but who builds the system that does it responsibly. That's the gap TEOVi exists to close.

The problem

The market left a gap in the middle.

On one end, manual labor that can't scale. On the other, robots most facilities can't justify. Between them: a graveyard of compromises. That gap is exactly where we built.

Why this matters

A warehouse worker bent over lifting a box from a pallet, with strain concentrated in the lower back and shoulder

A warehouse worker may handle tens of thousands of boxes every week. Whether the task is routine or urgent, every lift, reach, and bend is absorbed by the same shoulders, the same back, and the same joints. Over time, the physical toll adds up, regardless of the reason the work needs to be done. We think people deserve better than that.

Design targets

What changes when motion becomes intelligent.

Downstream systems benefit when upstream flow becomes predictable. The TEOVi system doesn't just unload a pallet. It's designed to change what the rest of your operation is capable of.

  • Your automation finally gets the input it deserves

Cartons exit with consistent spacing and stable orientation, ready for scanning, sortation, dimensioning, and induction. Every system downstream performs better because the flow upstream is finally predictable.

  • Zero free-fall. Zero impact spikes.

Every unit load is transferred within a controlled motion envelope, protecting product, protecting packaging, and protecting the downstream equipment your operation depends on.

  • Run on the power you already have

The TEOVi system operates on single-phase electrical service. No three-phase upgrades. No dedicated circuit runs. No electricians before day one.

  • Grows with your operation

Start with the configuration that fits your budget and throughput today. Upgrade within the same platform as your operation scales, without touching the foundation.

The economics

The system pays for itself.

A single manual unloading station runs around the clock, 365 days a year. Here's how the cost of that labor stacks up against the system that replaces it.

Modeled as $38/hr × 20 hrs/day × 2.5 concurrent roles × 365 operating days, the continuous-operation profile the system is built for. Representative scenario; your numbers will vary.

Representative single-station scenario. Actual results vary by facility, labor rate, and utilization.

Fully-burdened labor rate (and rising every year) $38 / hr
Coverage replaced 20 hrs/day · 2.5 roles
Annual labor offset ~$690K
Injury & MSD avoidance ~$88K
Total annual value ~$780K
Five-year value (conservative, before rate growth) ~$3.9M+
The system pays for itself in well under a year, then delivers pure offset every year after. And because labor only gets more expensive, that return grows over time.
Why TEOVi

The industry chose the wrong direction.
We chose less.

For twenty years the answer was always more. More sensors, more software, more robots, more complexity, more failure points. We looked at the same problem and removed everything that didn't need to be there. Here's what that leaves you with.

How we stay ahead

Complexity is the enemy.
Simplicity is the strategy.

Competitors add cameras, robotic arms, and machine-learning models, thousands of failure points. We made the opposite choice, and every choice buys you something.

Low-lead-time parts
Common, sourceable components, no waiting months on a proprietary spare, and no single-vendor lock-in.
vs. proprietary parts & service contracts
Minimal infrastructure change
Runs on the power and layout you already have. No three-phase upgrade, no dedicated safety cell, no building retrofit.
vs. three-phase power & dedicated cells
Engineered for high uptime
Fewer moving parts and no vision or ML dependencies means fewer things to fail, and more hours actually running.
vs. vision, ML & failure points
Adaptable by setting
Handles different carton sizes, weights, and fragility through configuration, not reprogramming. A setting, not a service call.
vs. per-SKU gripper programming
Intellectual Property

TEOVi’s core technology is proprietary, protected as confidential intellectual property covering the system architecture, operating methodology, and control approach. Built by people who have run real operations at scale, and engineered for the maintainability and longevity serious facilities require.

A letter from the co-founder

Technology should elevate people.

As a kid, I was fascinated by how things moved and why they were built the way they were.

I spent two decades inside operations and manufacturing, helping run some of the largest fulfillment and industrial networks in North America. I saw the same scene play out building after building: capable people spending their shifts on punishing, repetitive work everyone accepted as the cost of doing business.

I couldn't accept that. Technology should elevate people, not replace them and not break their bodies, and free us to do what only humans can: think, create, lead, and solve. I left a comfortable path to build this, because some problems matter enough to risk everything on. That belief became TEOVi.

Who we build for

Built for people solving hard problems.

Whether you run a distribution center, a fulfillment network, a 3PL, or an integration business, you face the same question: how do you move more without asking more from your people? That's where we begin.

The work that remains is the work worth keeping.

Distribution Centers

Mid-to-large DCs processing mixed pallet types at high daily volume. The TEOVi system replaces manual unloading stations and produces consistent carton flow into existing sortation and scanning infrastructure, without disrupting what works.

E-Commerce Fulfillment

High-throughput operations where inbound flow directly affects outbound speed. The system's consistent output reduces jams, misreads, and irregular induction events that compound into missed SLAs.

3PL Operators

Third-party logistics providers handling variable product mixes for multiple clients. The TEOVi system adapts to different carton weights and fragility levels without mechanical changes, so one system serves all your accounts.

System Integrators

The TEOVi system is designed to strengthen the automation ecosystems you already build, not compete with them. It's the front-end that feeds the sortation, scanning, and induction systems your clients depend on, interfaces cleanly with WCS and WES platforms, and is maintained with commonly available parts. We make your line work better.

Fit & readiness

Will it fit your dock?

Honest specs for a system still in development. Where a number isn’t yet proven, we mark it under validation rather than imply it’s been measured.
